All entries will be considered by our Selection Panel and successful entrants will be contacted by email and asked to confirm their place and pay their entry fee

As a charitable event all surplus funds are distributed to local charities and good causes
Refreshments will be available for purchase on-site
Ticket Costs for successful entrants will be as follows:
£40 + Booking Fee per car (Driver and one passenger), additional passengers £10 + Booking Fee
Successful entrants will automatically gain access to the Display Paddock at no extra cost
Also included is admission to the Entrant Display Area on Sunday 27th July from 7:00am (and before 9am) as event commences at 09:30am
