Volunteers

bromyard speed festival volunteersBromyard Speed Festival is only possible because of the array of volunteers that cover a wide range of tasks both on the day of the event and the run up to the day.

No one is paid, including the directors who put in days of preparatory work during the year. But also we have marshals, stewards, first-aiders, programme sellers, paddock attendants, the construction team, car parking supervisors and still more.

The fact that the event is volunteer operated adds to the community feel and the fantastic atmosphere round the town. And the volunteers are joined by other local organisations in making the day run smoothly – Bromyard Town Council, Herefordshire Police, to name just a couple.
